Where can I find information about my order?

Dear customer, you have received your order information, tracking number and courier company details by e-mail. If you don't have this message in your inbox - please check your SPAM folder. If the message is also not in SPAM, please fill out contact form.

We would like to remind you that the maximum response time is up to 48h (two working days).

Is my order secure?

In accordance with the Terms of Service and with the highest standards of security and satisfaction of our customers in mind, all purchased products are stored in a secure manner, preventing third party use, until the packages are handed over to an authorised person.

ATTENTION! Remember:

  • Never share your login details to our platform or any of your accounts.
  • Always make sure that if you need to pass on sensitive information, it goes to the proper entity that ensures data security and protection.
What is in my package?

In your package you should find: a letter and your Art Lounge Plus Member’s Card. Depending on the details of your order you may also find a tablet and an instruction that will guide you through the process of setting it up.

How do I log into my account?

To log in to your individual account, go to: artlounge.plus. Enter your email address and the password you received upon receipt of your order. If you have any problems, please contact us using the contact form.

I want to change my login email address / I entered an incorrect email address / I don't remember which email address I entered when placing my order

Dear customer, you must provide a valid e-mail address. It is thanks to it that we recognise your account. To change your e-mail address (while maintaining the highest security standards), we ask you to fill out the change of e-mail address form.

PLEASE NOTE: if you do not remember the e-mail address you entered when placing your order, you will need to send a photo of your package purchase confirmation. You will find the confirmation in the package you received.

How to turn on my device?
  1. At first, check the battery level on your tablet. If You cannot power it on, probably the battery is drained. In such a case you need to charge your device before turning it on. How to do it?
  2. Use the cable that came with the device. Connect the smaller end to Your tablet. Insert the bigger end to your personal computer (when it is on), mobile charger (remove the charger cable first) or other USB socket.
  3. When the device is ready, please hold the smaller button on the upper right side (the power button) of Your tablet for at least 5 second. Your device will start launching process and ask for PIN-code that you will find attached to your device.
How to get access to other applications on the device?

After turning on your device please slide your finger from right to left to get access to different applications. Remember that you can fully personalize your device by downloading applications of your own choice.

The internet connection does not work – what can I do?
  1. To get access to Your collection You need Internet connection.
  2. The tablet comes already with pre-paid SIM card that enables the connection for the beginning of Your adventure.
  3. When it runs out, simply connect Your tablet to wi-fi or insert another SIM card that should be easily available on the market.
  4. To connect the device to wi-fi, slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen. Now, choose the Settings. Then, select “Network & Internet” and enable wi-fi by sliding the button from left to right.
  5. If Your personal wi-fi is protected by password, the space will be provided to enter it.
Can I use my own SIM card?

Yes. If you decide to insert SIM card:

  1. Lift the cover of Your device on the upper side (near the charger port).
  2. In the next step You will find two card ports: SIM card and SD card. Remove the card that is inside SIM card port and replace it with the new one. Then, restart the device by holding the power button for 5 seconds.
  3. Notice: only regular SIM card can be used with the device (micro- and nano-SIM card will not work). The tablet does not contain any SIM card protection system – any active SIM would be enough to activate the Internet connection.
  4. If You encounter any problems with SIM card installation, please contact the local mobile network operator for assistance.
The application on the device does not work – what can I do?

At first please reset your device (or turn it off and turn it on again after 30 seconds). Press on the application once again. Remember not to press on the application more than once. Wait 30 seconds. If your application still does not work, please contact us using the contact form.

Dear customer, in connection with various, often dangerous practices that can be observed on the market, we would like to assure you that we observe the highest safety and customer service standards. We also want to warn you against the dishonest actions of other entities.

In this connection, we remind you that our specialists contact you by telephone on the telephone numbers you have provided. This means that:

  1. We do not communicate via instant messaging and applications such as WhatsApp, Messenger, Telegram, Signal, etc.
  2. Our specialists contact you in your language only. As a company operating in many markets, we have specialists of many nationalities, but the telephone service is always conducted in the customer's language. So beware of any calls or contacts from specialists, consultants or agents who do not speak your language or use an automated translator.
  3. All payments made within the company are made in the currency of your country of residence/your domicile. Beware of companies/entities that expect payments in a currency other than your own.
  4. If you have recently received any disturbing phone calls or e-mails, please contact us at contact form.
